Every FLAM workflow is structured: submit, review, schedule, broadcast, and maintain the world.

Process

How it works

Three steps. No chaos. The point is impact through structure—releases that land with intent, backed by media partners that actually show up in the story.
01

Submit a finished track

We accept complete work—not folders of drafts, not bulk dumps. You confirm rights and AI disclosure before anything hits the queue.

02

Review & queue

Every submission is screened for fit, quality, and integrity (including anti-impersonation). Approved work enters a structured release calendar—not a public upload feed.

03

Scheduled release + promotion

Dates are coordinated. AI Radio and YouTube are built into the plan as real surfaces—not vague promises. Placement tiers depend on curation and availability.

AI Radio

Radio is a distribution layer inside the ecosystem. Open submissions can exist for discovery, but FLAM-curated placement is separate—and featured projects in the collaborative space get priority when campaigns are planned.

What we don't do

  • Instant public uploads
  • Spam distribution or “spray everything” pipelines
  • Guaranteed viral outcomes or pay-to-win placement

Promotion is real, but it's not a promise machine. See Terms.

FAQ

Submission how-to guide

Use this as the simple checklist before sending music, videos, applications, or world updates. If the form flags a file, fix it on the form before submitting so the review queue stays clean.

How to

How do I submit one track?

  1. 01Go to Submit a track.
  2. 02Choose your FLAM Release Studio path: DIY Exposure (free), Signal Launch (R199), or Broadcast Launch (R499).
  3. 03Choose whether it is an official release or early-access track.
  4. 04Enter your email, artist name, track title, album if needed, release year, genre, mood, and explicit status.
  5. 05Upload the MP3 and JPG cover art.
  6. 06If it is an early-access or pre-release track, add the planned release date. This tells FLAM when to remind staff to review it for radio rotation.
  7. 07If the form warns that tags are wrong, update the artist/title/album fields or use the tag fixer on the form, then upload the corrected MP3.
  8. 08Tick the rights and platform agreement box, then submit.

System requirements

  • MP3 file with readable ID3 tags
  • JPG/JPEG cover art
  • Artist and title must match the MP3 tags
  • Spotify track link for official releases, or a secure preview/Suno link for early access
  • Early-access / pre-release tracks require a release date

  6. 06If the album or EP is early access / pre-release, add the planned release date before submitting.
  7. 07Fix any MP3 tag warning on the form before continuing to the next track.
